Mikael Laakso

I’m Mikael Laakso, a passionate fitness coach and athlete with over 20 national championship medals. Over the years, I’ve helped individuals of all ages — from children to retirees, busy professionals to elite athletes (including a bronze medalist from world championships) — achieve their fitness goals. Whether it's weight loss, strength training, or muscle gain, my approach is simple, effective, and tailored to fit each person’s unique needs. I believe in making fitness accessible and sustainable, no matter your stage of life or fitness level.
